Under the Moon Bow, Inc. is a family run business that originated on the Big Island of Hawaii.  On a warm Hawaiian night, in an effort to entertain young children at a “grown-up” gathering, Marty Halbritter suggested the little ones go outside and blow bubbles.  Since every kid loves bubbles, the idea was well accepted.  Soon after, they realized the transparent bubbles could not be seen in the dark night and once again, the adults were in need of a way to occupy the little rascals.  So with a little thought, Marty created a way for the bubbles to GLOW.  Not only were the children awed, but the adults as well!!  After patenting the “Glowing Bubbles,” they became a featured event at Halbritter gatherings.
